First streaming platform of Brazilian shows is featured in one of the main awards in the country
WePlay Music TV, the first streaming platform for Brazilian shows, is a finalist for The Professional Music Award. After going through an open phase of voting and a specialized jury, the unprecedented initiative competes with other projects in the "Entertainment Music Projects".
"It's very important for us to be at such an important award, that brings together so many talented people within the music business. Far beyond the award, our goal is to connect, connect us with all the positive actions within the music. This is what we preach when we talk about valuing brazilian musician and music", say’s the CEO Maria Rita Lunardelli.
Recently in the market, WePlay emerged with the basic premise of valuing brazilian musicians and music. It was the first streaming service that was born with the aim of paying the rights related to the accompanying musicians, which rarely happens within other platforms.
WePlay also renews the feeling of flipping through DVD inserts by making all credits available to musicians and authors. The idea is that more and more of this data is deepened so that the experience goes beyond what it was in the inserts.
